Prominently located at the gateway to Greenwich off I-95, this ground-up 150,000 s.f. building is slated to become the world headquarters of Starwood International. It will be built atop a commuter parking lot and feature brick and limestone elements. Green spaces and water features will enhance the pedestrian experience. Design and construction will be to LEED standards.
