This building, currently in the schematic design phase, is a ground-up 23,000 s.f. building for the Greenwich Board of Education. A rich palette of materials includes a brick and limestone façade, copper accents and oversize windows. Underground parking satisfies local zoning and adds a “green” element to the site. A long list of sustainable design items will assure LEED certification upon completion.
