The owners of this executive retreat want to convert a wing of their facility into a condominium hotel with 25 two-room suites. RSGA was asked to provide a prototypical design for the guest rooms including all finishes and furniture. The approach was to create spaces that are both sophisticated and at the same time warm and inviting. Materials used are dark-stained wood flooring, specialty wall covering, stainless steel hardware and sumptuous fabrics.
