The owners of Sutton Place Gourmet, a nationwide company that also owns all Balducci's stores, approached the Architects to do a complete redesign and expansion of their existing, tired-looking HayDay store in Greenwich. A dramatic metal-clad truss roof spans the new 9,000-s.f. sales floor, complemented by a façade made of natural cedar and translucent glass panels.
