This multi-family project, located across from Greenwich Harbor, contains 150 units in 100,000 s.f. The building is designed to provide water views from all apartments, while turning its back to the highway to the North. Many landscaping enhancements, plus a public park, complete the composition. The building, currently in schematic design, will be a candidate for LEED certification.
