A home-renovation client called one day and said they had just purchased a run-down restaurant in the heart of East Hampton and needed help. RSGA designed the space to reflect a high-end "burger joint" concept, without the cliches. The design combines an efficient floor plan with a great materials palette: cork and ipe-wood floors, mosaic-paneled walls, glass tile, cable-lighting system and textured plaster walls.
