A complete renovation, inside and out, restored utility and value to this 80,000 s.f. structure. The 30-year-old building was in disrepair throughout, and required rehabilitation at the most basic levels, including new mechanical systems, new windows and extensive exterior work. The client, a developer, also commissioned the architects to design custom installations for the building’s new tenants.
