This project entailed an adaptive re-use of the currently un-occupied, turn-of-the-century Mianus pump station in Greenwich. Some of the major design elements include a glass and steel entrance canopy, a new first floor structure, a building-length skylight, new steel windows and major landscaping. The Greenwich Adult Day Care Center will be occupying the historic structure once the gut-renovation is completed.
