This project is a sprawling waterfront summer home for a young family with four kids. The informal “family friendly” layout has seven bedrooms and baths. All rooms are designed to take advantage of spectacular views of Nantucket Harbor. The indigenous design incorporates small scale massing, classic shingle detailing and light-filled spaces throughout. The site plan includes a swimming pool, tennis court and private beach.
