This project is the first LEED certified spec. house that R.S. Granoff has designed. Intended for weekend use, the 4,000 s.f. residence is a refreshing take on a traditional gabled structure. Stucco, stone and cedar siding combine with a metal roof and oversize sliding glass doors create a bold design that nestles into the dramatic wooded setting. A long list of “green” features will make the house comfortable and energy efficient for the occupants. The home is currently under construction and for sale; completion is expected for the Fall of 2009.
Green Design Components:

- Low Water Consumption Plumbing Fixtures
- Rainwater Harvesting in Cisterns
