RSGA designed a 10,000 square foot house for this sloping 2.5 acre site in Chappaqua, New York. French doors open up to the back yard with a swimming pool that incorporates a waterfall built against a planted slope. Stone retaining walls are overflowing with flowering shrubs and groundcovers.
