The site for this project is a 2-acre waterfront property located in a historic district. The architects worked very closely with the town planning and zoning boards to develop a scheme that fit into the fabric of the small-scale village. Vernacular elements include brick facades, double-hung windows and copper detailing. Each of the twelve units is unique, with a mix of sizes, exposures and layouts.
