A Greenwich developer, Antares Real Estate, purchased two multi-family properties totaling 39 6 units on 50 acres. The 56 buildings were completely renovated, inside and out, and converted into condominiums. New roofing, siding, windows and details were specified. The interiors were gutted and re-built as luxury units. The $60 million capital improvement budget included extensive landscaping and a new poolhouse, gatehouse and recreation center.
