This 10-unit condominium development is located in the Pemberwick section of Greenwich. Five two-family homes were designed to be sympathetic to the surrounding neighborhood. Each townhouse has a unique triplex layout that conforms to the different lot sizes. The buildings share common architectural elements that include gabled roofs, dormers, French doors and stone terraces. Nevertheless, each structure has unique detailing, materials and colors. The result is a townhouse development that feels like a neighborhood within a neighborhood.
