ALLAN BROADBENT

Allan joined Granoff in 2016 to contribute to the firm’s exceptional Landscape Architecture practice. As a Landscape Architect, Allan brings diverse experience in all facets of site design and construction. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Allan received his B.S. in Landscape Management from Brigham Young University. He began his career in Connecticut in 2006, and quickly developed a love for the timeless beauty of the New England landscape. Allan thrived for the last ten years with The Laurel Rock Company, a local landscape architecture and site development firm where he grew from Junior Landscape Architect to Studio Director.

Allan’s deep knowledge extends through the entirety of the site design process including wetlands and special zoning approvals, bidding and contract administration, and site construction. Working closely with clients, town agencies, and talented artisans, he is meticulous in bringing conceptual plans to life. Allan’s designs represent both classic and modern compositions rich with artistry, functionality, and character. Clients have come to count on his willing attitude and consistent guidance in the development of their properties.

Allan is a registered Landscape Architect in Connecticut and a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects. He resides in Norwalk with his wife and daughter and enjoys frequent attendance at great theatres in the area (where his wife is often performing!).
