Raised in Connecticut, Damion has been a longstanding resident of Greenwich. He moved to Washington D.C. to study architecture at Howard University. He completed his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2003 and then returned home to work at Granoff Architects.
His academic education, which was conducted in a historical metropolitan environment, combined with his intimate familiarity with suburban town living, has contributed to his passion for both commercial and residential design. Because he strives to always gain more hands-on experience (the key to successful design), Damion often dedicates his weekends to helping building local homes with Habitat for Humanity, a volunteer organization delivering decent, safe and affordable housing for the low-income community.
