The owners of the “Rock Ridge Castle” purchased the two-acre lot next door and retained RSGA to design this exciting project. It is a true collaboration between the firm’s architects and landscape architects. The program was to build a large pool house and guesthouse for large-scale entertaining that would match the “castle” style and detail. A swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, fireplace, fountains and gardens were also requested. Extensive site work and rock removal was required. The design solution is an elegant composition that integrates all of the elements into a seamless whole with the adjacent castle property.
