This 800 square foot pool house was built to comfortably entertain at poolside and providing all the amenities to do so.
A small kitchenette, pantry, his and her bathrooms, a changing room, a large open space and ample storage all are efficiently packaged into this structure. The large open area offers shelter from the sun and mediates the site between pool area and an herb garden at the rear. Multiple covered areas offer excellent spaces for entertaining large events. The BBQ area is covered with its own free standing pavilion to shade it from the sun and allow for grilling in the rain.
