This large new home was designed for a three-acre parcel in the Estate area of Southampton. The client requested something different than all of the surrounding new shingled homes. The architects complied with a grand composition of stucco, mahogany windows and a purple slate roof. Wrap-around porches, stone terraces and a croquet court are a few of the exterior highlights. The layout is designed for large parties, with a grand entry hall and "lounge" at the center of the house.
