The design challenge was to work within the confines of the market - mostly oversize builder's colonials - while creating a unique house that would attract a buyer. The 6-bedroom/8-bath home contains 10,850 s.f., a three-car garage and swimming pool on a very private 4.8-acre wooded lot. The use of large windows, French doors and high ceilings creates a very open feel in all of the rooms. Interior detailing includes a paneled library, front-to-back entry hall, gourmet kitchen, oversize family room and 4-room master suite.
