This "cottage" was designed to take full advantage of the spectacular water views on the 9-acre site overlooking Moriches Bay. Traditional shingle-style details including swoops, kicks and eyebrows were incorporated into the exterior. The interior features a three-story great room with a wall of glass and a balcony overlook above. The house, mahogany deck and gunite swimming pool were all built on piles, 10’ above the flood plain.
