ALLAN BROADBENT

Allan joined Granoff in 2016 to contribute to the firm’s growing Landscape Architecture practice. He brings diverse experience in all facets of site and landscape design. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Allan began his career in CT in 2006, and quickly developed a love for the beauty of the New England landscape. Prior to joining Granoff, Allan led the design studio of The LaurelRock Company in Wilton, CT. Allan’s extensive knowledge enables him to lead projects through conservation and special zoning approvals, bidding and contract administration, and site construction.  Working closely with clients, town agencies, and contractors, he is meticulous in bringing both classic and modern compositions to life.   Allan’s clients have come to count on his consistent guidance over the long-term development of their properties.  

Allan is a registered Landscape Architect in Connecticut, New York, and Utah and serves as a member-at-large on the Executive Committee of the CT Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.   Allan and his family reside in Norwalk where he volunteers his time as a director on the board of the Norwalk Tree Alliance.
